Pretty cool.  I had a really good laugh when I saw the bedpan, though.

If I'm not mistaken I think dingogirl66 is in California like you, so she must be having similar temperatures, unless she's in Northern California.  We actually made it into the 80's yesterday, WOW!!!

Actually, I live in Atlanta and have a climate more like Joe H. We have been having warm and dry weather which is weird for Georgia all together.
Zookeeper, I appreciate the laugh about the bedpan....I am known in my neighborhood for turning all kinds of stuff like bedpans into flower pots. It drives my boyfriend crazy, i just always tell him it is urban art;) that is my excuse. It's good to see others with a sense of humor as well.

The area is on the side of my house and I actually just utilized the area where we tore down our old deck and built a new one and this area is the foundayion of the old one. All I had to do was landscape it a bit and and build a top for it. The entire enclosure is 3 ft of center blocks all the way around. I had to place containers in front of all corners to distrct from them and that has worked GREAT!!!

Sorry, I don't know where I got the idea you lived in California.  There should be a Smiley that says "DUH".

The Glassblowing Shop that I work at during the summer has two shops in Georgia: Helen and Dahlonega.

You can say that again. So you blow glass? I have always wanted to learn how to do that. I am into welding and making yard art and painting. But no blowing glass.

So you blow glass?

I'm an apprentice.  As an apprentice you start with sculpted glass pieces, graduate to spun glass pieces, and finally blown glass pieces.  I'm still working with sculpted glass pieces.

I have always wanted to learn how to do that.

Go into the shop in Dahlonega and talk to Chris, tell him you would like to become an apprentice glass blower.  I don't know about down there but up here they are always looking for apprentice glass blowers.

I am into making yard art.

With bedpans, right??? LOL ;D

I am into painting.

I do a lot of painting at the shop.  A lot of the glass pieces that are made there are detailed with a lacquer based glass stain.
