Arugula?
« on: June 26, 2006, 09:44:50 PM »
I was at the grocery store getting Lenin some foods not available anywhere else for me aside a grocery store and I noticed a new vegtable that I hadn't noticed at the grcoery store before.  Its called Arugula.  I didn't see it on the edible or poisionous lists or in a query over these forums and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about its nutricial benefits or negative effects for a Russian Tortoise.  If not nothing else, for the next person who may come to the forums and search for: "Arugula"

Thanks in advance.
