Well I have also aquired a new Russian male named Vyvyan( "vivian" the punk dude from the yourng ones) My son brought Vyv home from granmas and we have been doing our VERY best to give Vyv the best darn torroise life we can.

We just finished Vyvyans outdoor pen and I have planted several plants from the list,I have a wealth of wild tortoise " weeds" growing around including purslane and Vyv has been MORE than happpy to munch
AND ESCAPE! I saw Stolis pics and had to chuckle.....I never KNEW they could climb like monkeys LOL
ANYWAY I also wondered about Arugla; only the wild stuff called rocket.I also wanted to know about sunflower plants.I know the flower heads are edible by humans just before the flower opens but what about the foilage .Also what about bird seed plants...I notice all the green weeds growing under the feeder and wonder if I put some in Vyvyans pen if it was tortoise friendly
