I just don't want to give out bad info!!

FYI, I got ahold of Joe.  He said:

"It looks like old stuff healing.  From the looks of it more of the scutes will peel off. The most important things to watch for is oozing and smell."

So, I guess I was correct.

That's so sweet!!

I hope Messy's shell gets better soon. I know how you feel. When my female bit my male's eye, I couldn't sleep at all because I thought he'd go blind from the injury.
