Well this summer was one of almost non-stop mating. Over the last few weeks the females have been showing nesting behavior.
Today on picked the muddiest spot to dig a nest and laid 4 eggs. The mud was so thick it created a suction and I thought the eggs would break before I got them out.
These eggs are huge. 49 grams
