What do you guys feed your Red foots?

Just curious as to what kinds of things everyone feeds their redfoots?!

I give a spring mix and veggies with kale.
Occasional fruit and some meal worms once a week.

I am interested to see what everyone else has to say! :D

I give mine Romaine lettuce, Green leaf lettuce, kale, collard greens. Like once a month or so I give them a small amount of carrot.

EDIT:

That is what I feed my Russians (Im getting old) lol

My red foot eats all the same greens, I also give her cucumber, apple, tomato and wax worms.
