FWIW, another "feeding schedule," which is more convenient if you tend to be forgetful and/or just plain in a hurry (like me--on both points), is to just put in a pile of greens roughly the same size or a little smaller than the tort (remember, greens "fluff," so it's not as much food as it sounds like), and remove any leftovers before bed. I think the recommendation was "almost every day" and/or 6 days a week (i.e., feed every day except Sunday) but I can't remember exactly. I usually did about the 6 days a week when I had mine indoors and kind of an every other day thing when they were outdoors. Worked fine for my Russians and was originally recommended to me by tort keepers over on another forum who've used the rule for many years themselves.
I like this rule more than the time limit rule because it's a bit more fool proof (and I have this habit of falling into the "fool" category, sooo...). After dealing with the picky little male I used to have (who wasn't very little at all, at about 5.5" SCL), I always worry about time limits with the tortoises that tend to eat slow, no matter whether they're being picky about their food or just grazing between other activities (as is their natural behavior).
Other disclaimer: There's a million ways to raise tortoises (like the saying goes, more than one way to skin a cat!), more than one of which are actually "right," and I am by no means an expert. This is just what was recommended to and has worked for me. So I guess what I'm saying, in a round about way, is, "Just My Opinion."

Oh... And ditto to Didi on the pictures!!!
