Ok, so I heard back from Vicki. She's just awesome. In addition to answering a bunch of questions about RFs, she helped me decide the what and how to for an outdoor setup for Penny and Thor based on one of her designs.
Here's what she had to say (pieced together from a couple of emails) about the growth rate and size:
"
The growth rate is not all that fast. At a year old they are about 4" long and they are about 7" long when they mature. The babies from Grace and Sal would only get about 9" long. The babies from Mrs. Slowcome and Shygirl would get about 11" long....Cherryheads are a little smaller as adults. The adult weight is around 4 to 6 pounds."
About how long a table can be used: "
Redfoot do very well indoors so you could raise one indoors for many years as long as you have a proper setup and UVB lamp."
Well....

. Unfortunately, my timing on this is bad. I'm going on a trip for three weeks on Sept 3. By the time I get back, recovered financially, and find the time and money (not to mention space

) to build another table, it'll be too cold to ship I'm afraid. I'll have to wait until spring.
