Baby Russian rarely eating.
« on: March 18, 2006, 08:39:48 AM »
I have a baby, about four months, about two inches, and he doesn't eat very much. He eats wheat grass, only when I put him in front of it. He'll eat zuccini only if I hand feed him. How much do most babies eat? He's very active and is shedding ok, I'm just worried about his eating habits.

He's in a 36x20x5 rubbermaid with a heat lamp and UVB. He's also right next to my window, for natural light. He has a hide in the heat and a hide in the cool. Has access to water to drink and soak, but never does on his own. He has a substrate called "Lizard Litter: Priemium Reptile Bedding" Though I don't like it, I'm looking into the hay.
Actually that reminds me to ask you if this is the right hay substrate, http://www.carolinapetsupply.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=33&osCsid=f15dcff4ec33c837702a998724140c82.
