The 20 minute rule is only for what I feed them.

When they are outside grazing, I let them decide.

Sorry to be so dense, but it is late.  Do you give them food other than the planted weeds when they are outside?  I have some growing in her inside enclosure, but I also give here food every other day.

and one of my torts always seems like she's hungry or looking for food.  Should i be concerned?

when mine are outside if there is an abundance of weeds etc, I feed them once or twice a week. By the end of the summer not much is left for them to graze on so I feed every other day

Mine are the same, stomachs like bottomless pits,  :D
