Wow that is some age. The newspaper article was dated 1998 which make Timtims 152 now. My daughter has asked me to leave Hermione to her - she may need to find a successor too! Thanks for that Torbo!  :o

That's a great article Turbotort!  Yeah, I've already arranged with my much younger niece that she gets Frank after I'm gone.  I won't be having kids so it's nice to be able to pass him on.

I want to leave mine to someone in america but i can`t `cos of the travelling. In a perfect world i`d give them to Joe to find perfect homes for them with lots of sun and space, but sadly i think i`m too far away.  :'( SO I`ve written down a few experienced uk keepers details and my requirements for my torts   ::) , i`ve put it in an envelope and told my hubby not to open it till i pop off. Oh yes i`m such a positive person like that  :-\    8)  ;D NOT!!

Just an update. I found a woman who is willing to let me adopt her tortopise. It has massive shell curling and a seriously over grown beak. Fortunately for me...I was looking for one in need of help. I will be getting her on tuesday or wednesday her pic is below.

Oh that poor tort!  She looks like she's not had a great life so far.  I'm sure that she will really appreciate you and the wonderful home you're giving her.  You are a wonderful person to do rescue.  Thank you.
